Jayne qualified in 1997 in Reflexology (with Distinction) and Indian Head and Shoulder massage. It was whilst she was studying this course, that she was told about a Complementary Therapy degree course, the first of its kind in the UK.
She graduated in 2000, with a BSc (Distinction) in Complementary Therapies and Health Sciences from the University of Westminster, London. Subjects covered include: living anatomy, physiology, integrated physiology, applied pathophysiology, differential diagnosis, nutritional biochemistry, bodywork, osteopathic techniques, herbal medicine, diet and nutrition, aromatherapy, thai yoga massage, craniosacral therapy and a theme of personal and practitioner development over the 3 years.
Since then, Jayne has continued with her professional development, obtaining teacher training certification and attending advanced courses in various massage skills. Jayne has been in teaching practice since 2005, delivering a range of courses.
